On-site Support
Take the worry, hassle, and costs of trying to hire a permanent IT Administrator. 1Network can provide engineers part-time or full time who are dedicated to your site. They perform the role of an IT administrator looking after your IT infrastructure, fixing daily issues that arise and manage any upgrades.
This is a very cost-effective way of managing your IT labour costs as you do not have to worry about the costs of employing someone, we do that. You also do not have to worry about holidays or sick leave as the responsibility falls to us to have an engineer on-site during the agreed hours.
On-call Support
1Network provide on-call support to many of our clients. On-call support can be used either as your primary method of support or as a backup to your existing on-site IT staff. From time to time everybody needs a little help and occasionally access to the variety of knowledge that our team of engineers possess.
Our on-call model support works on a pre-paid contract basis. You only spend support points when you call us. We have a choice of options and response times to suit your IT support needs and budgetary constraints. With monthly reporting, it is easy to keep track of your IT support costs and highlight areas where equipment may need upgrading or staff retraining.
